Our guide Deja was an excellent hostess and docent for the region. She shared with us a lot of the history, culture, and economy of the area while we drove and she made sure we all had everything we needed during the day. I liked all of the stops; interesting wines, goat cheeses and caramels, and organic spirits. I would recommend this for getting some spectacular views while having exposure to some local entrepreneurs who are putting more of Maui on the map. This was the perfect way to spend a day exploring while someone else does all the driving.
The goat farm was cool. Light lunch was served. They also gave an assortment of goat cheese...that was so yummy. The winery and distillery were both awesome, as well as the scenery. It was hot even though we were at a higher elevation. It was a nice way to spend the day with my husband.
