My girlfriend and I went on the sailing trip to Olowalu and it was excellent! The crew was great, Captain Kevin had us sailing smooth and he was very entertaining. The bartender Richard made excellent Mai Tai's and learned everyone on the boats name. The lunch was solid and the snorkeling was incredible! So many turtles and lots of other fish cover the expensive reef. Would recommend!
We did the “Discover Olowalu” snorkeling. Team called and messaged with helpful info on here to park and meet the day before. The crew was excellent, especially Brayden. My 5yr old son was very sad he lost his cap in the wind and gave him his cap. He also try to get my son into the water. My son was terrified and we never got to snorkel which is not the tours fault. Lesson learned on our part. The captain Raquel was a rock star too. About the tour: started the day with cinnamon rolls, fruit, and coffee/juice. Boated to snorkeling spot, snorkel for a hour, lunch with chicken and open bar, then ended with a sail back with drinks. I have been on many snorkeling tours and this one was the nicest. It felt like luxury cruise/tour. The only con I have is more time snorkeling or add another spot. The spot didn’t have too many fish nor turtles.
We picked Trilogy and Olowalu because we read in TripAdvisor forums that Trilogy was a good choice for first time snorkelers who were not good swimmers. One of us fit that description. We had a three person crew, Captains Kevin, Kenny, and Jenny. Even though there were 40 passengers, it felt like personalized service of the sort one would get on a cruise of under 10 people. The crew were very helpful the entire time. The food, especially lunch was excellent. As for the snorkeling site itself, Olowalu was very beautiful and not crowded with other boats.

Hands down, the best boat tour we've taken in a long time. We typically choose a smaller outfit to avoid a large crowd, but thought we would try this...
