This site was part of historic Camp Maui, where U.S. Marines trained during World War II.

You’ll experience 7 different zipline runs, entwined with multiple aerial platforms, tree-to-tree suspension bridges, giant towers, and unsurpassed views of the Pacific Ocean and Maui's verdant North Shore. Fast, fun and exhilarating, this tour was designed to thrill first-time zippers, as well as the most experienced zipline enthusiasts. Children ages 5 years/40 lbs and up are welcome, with a maximum weight capacity of 270 lbs. This exclusive zipline experience takes place on historic land not open to the public before now. Camp Maui was a World War ll Marine training base, and was home to the Fighting Fourth Marine Division, which suffered the highest casualty loss during the war. NorthShore is bringing this history to life through stories, images, and historic military vehicles at its brand new World War ll Museum.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Please be aware that these bookings are subject to confirmation. If this is a same-day or next-day booking, there is a reasonable chance this will not be confirmed. For bookings that are confirmed, there will be no cancellations or refunds.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need reservations?
Tours are by reservation only.

Can people walk along and is there a charge?
People can walk along a short distance until they reach the viewing area where they will be able to see 6 out of the 7 lines. There is no fee for walk-alongs.

When do I check-in?
Check-in time is 1/2 hour prior to tour time.

How long does the tour take?
The tour takes between 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on the size of the group, plus 30 minutes for checkin.

 What should I wear?
Closed toed shoes are required, no sandals or flip-flops. And yes…water shoes are fine.

What is the weight requirement?
You must be between 40 lbs and 270 lbs.

Is there a minimum age requirement?
Children must be at least 5 years/40 lbs to participate.

Are there any physical restrictions?
Sorry, but we do not allow pregnancy or those with neck or back injuries.

Are there photos for purchase?
A professional photographer will capture live action shots of you and your family which you will be able to preview in a slideshow prior to purchase.

What is the cost for photos?
Photos are $30 for groups of 1 to 3 and $10 per person for each additional person. (maximum of $80)

Can I bring a camera?
Small point and shoot cameras with a wrist strap are allowed.

Do you provide food or drinks?
Sorry, we do not provide food, but please feel free to bring snacks for before or after your tour. Water is
provided.

Where can I lock-up my belongings?
Belongings can be locked in your car and we will keep your keys safe while you zip.

What if it rains?
We operate rain or shine and provide rain gear if necessary. We cancel if we have high winds, heavy
downpour, or thunder and lightning.

Will I be notified if you cancel?
If we have your phone number on file, we will call you if we need to cancel. If you are in doubt and have
not heard from us, please feel free to give us a call before heading our way.

What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations require 24 hour notice.

What is the Scaredy Cat Clause?
You have up to the first two lines to determine if ziplining is for you. If at any point prior to the third line you decide it is not, the vendor will authorize a full refund. If it happens to a small child, a parent who has to stay back will be refunded as well.

Is it safe?
The course meets The Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) standards for zipline
construction: http://acctinfo.org and our our experienced tour guides have been professionally trained in
accordance to industry standards, including those set by the (ACCT).
